"The Right to Life Bill"

"THE MELANIE RACHELLE THOMPSON ACT OF 2002"

This law is to change the Massachusetts Justice System concerning the men and women, who have in their possession illegal drugs for the purpose of promoting the distribution and sales of these Deadly chemicals. Too many families have lost children, teens, young adults, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and friends. It is time for Massachusetts to say "NO"  in a firmer and more punitive tone to these destructive killers.

"The Right To Life Bill" proposes to do just that. By implementing a mandatory life sentence to any person caught in the distribution of sales of any of these illegal drugs classified as Cocaine, Heroin and all other substances in that classification. Looking at a life term as opposed to a few years, being deported or "making a deal" is not the answer any longer. They come back stronger, and more dangerous. I am asking everyone today, who is reading this to please call and write your Representatives, Senators, and our Governor. We voted for them. We put them in their offices. Let's see if they are truly who they say they are. Let's make Massachusetts the first state to truly say NO to drugs and drug dealers. Maybe if we do this, it could save a loved one of yours.

On March 28th of 2002 my daughter became a victim. Two days later a statistic. The pain is unspeakable, and unending. I have formed a charity in her memory called Breaking Chains Foundation and Ministry. It was her dream to be a doctor and help people in a free-care 24 hour, seven day community outreach and intervention center. I as her Mother will carry on her dream. Don't let this happen to you we can make a change. Please call or write our state officials. Make a difference.
