Jesus constantly INTERCEDES with God on our behalf. He uses all the elements of our past TRIALS and TRIUMPHS to lead us to the work he CALLS us to do. As we move FORWARD in obedience to GOD, God will supply us with everything that we NEED at THAT TIME.

In verse 29, Jesus “predestined” us to become HIS children in HIS image. He often lets us move into a situation where HE is our ONLY HOPE! By obedience and trust, we can pass through the CIRCUMSTANCES that would overwhelm us and into a life of HOPE. By SHARING our story, we may be the only person that can CONVINCE someone that GOD is the path to LIFE.

Phillipians 3:12-13 - We are not perfect but must continue to PRESS FORWARD believing that God will BLESS us in His time and fashion. God always gives us ENOUGH Grace and ENOUGH Love for the current task. In the Old Testament, Job received double of what he had before being tested; but ONLY after he PRESSED through adversity.

In verse 13, Paul shared that he still did not understand God’s complete plan but left “the past” behind him in order to “reach forward” to the blessings God is waiting to shower down on us. We can’t receive any NEW blessings until we RELEASE problems from our PAST.

God asks us to “walk by faith, not by sight” – to PRESS forward so that God can shape us into the WITNESS that HE always intended to us to be. Be PATIENT and PRAYFUL through the process by TRUSTING God to bring about the BEST result.

We closed the service by praying together for strength and the ability to trust God to lead us in the best path and for physical healing for any challenges we face.
